The Blonde Saint Only Makes Strange Noises In Front Of Me, What Should I Do?: c17

Chapter 17 : C17

Episode 17: The School’s Saint Is Turning Into A Saint Of Ice.

I then told Kazuharu and Sato about the situation Sana was in. When they understood what was going on, they were upset and said, “It’s too sad for Sai-san,” and they understood why I had gone out of control. I’ve got good friends.

I feel bad for telling about Sana without her permission, but since the situation has changed, it’s okay to tell now

Then, I made this suggestion to them.

——If sana doesn’t mind, can we invite her into our group?

If Sana is going to be kicked out of the escalator group, the only place she can escape is the Outside students.

It’s a pity that we don’t have any girl friends, but we think it’s better than being alone. Even if the “blows” against her get stronger, we might be able to help her if we are around. Besides, Kazuharu’s power is overwhelming among the outsiders. With his high communication skills and popularity, he has a lot of influence.

With that in mind, I proposed the idea to them, and they replied, “Of course, OK.” They are really good guys. Our guideline was decided. Now we just had to figure out how to ask Sana out.

Lunch break was almost over, so I took a peek at class B on my way back to class.

She was alone in a seat by the window. At her own desk, she was sitting and looking out the window with an ennui expression on her face, with earphones plugged in her ears.

“Oh, it’s really just Itsuki-san. Why don’t you go talk to her?”

I heard a voice from beside me: three boys from Class C who were outside students. I don’t know their names, but I guess they’re saying that it’s okay to talk to her if there’s no wall. Of course, once the wall is removed from her, these guys will come out.

However, there was one thing I learned from this situation. The plan to save Itsuki Sana seems to have reached the escalator group, but not the outside students. I’m sure of it, since neither Kazuharu, nor even Sato knew about it.

One of the group of three was poked with an elbow, and he must have made up his mind. The man went to talk to Sana, and an outside student from Class C walked up to her seat and said something. Sana, however, only glanced sideways at him, and then returned her gaze to the window. She was completely ignored. Not even a conversation.

The boy who had called out to her came back to the hallway with his shoulders slumped, and was being comforted by the two of them.

“Wow, I didn’t even look at it now. Itsuki Sana, I think she has a stronger personality than I expected. As expected, the saint of St. Joseph’s Academy …Originally she was a Takamine flower, but this is a flower that splits the precipice.”
[TN: Takamine Flower, woman who is out of one’s league and is to be admired from afar.]

“That’s heartbreaking….”

Kazuharu and Sato, who were watching the scene, said so.

Certainly, looking from the side like this, it’s terrible. Not even recognized as an individual. I can understand the impressions of Kazuharu and Sato.

Somehow, that’s what I thought.

(But it’s different.)

I’m sure that Sana is ignoring the people who are calling out to her so that they won’t be targeted by the escalator group. She must have realized that she was being ignored by the escalator group, not to mention the fact that she was being ignored. Probably, if I sided with Sana in this situation, I might fall into the same situation as Sana at once. No, because she is an escalator student from the elementary school, she is in a sense heavily protected by the school, so she may only be able to get away with the current standoff. In the case of other students who don’t have such protection, it might develop into worse abuse.

Maybe I’m just overly glamorizing Sana, or maybe she was really annoyed by the people who were calling out to her. But the Sana I know ……is not the kind of woman who ignores people with impunity like that.

She is still looking out the window with an ennui expression on her face.

When she smiles, she’s so cute. She’s actually a much funnier and brighter person. She’s the kind of girl I’d call funny, so I’m sure she’d get along well with Kazuharu and Lefty.

(I really hate it.)

I muttered to myself in my mind.

I don’t like the fact that I seem to be becoming more and more aware of the fact that the time I spend with Sana is becoming more and more special and comfortable for me. This makes it seem as if I really like …..her. No, I’m already in love with it. I’m an idiot.

When I remember how close we were to kissing yesterday, I feel like my heart is going to burst just thinking about it. Her aqua blue eyes were right in front of me, and just remembering our lips almost touching——

“Budorogueduoo—”

I make a strange noise.

Why me? How did I end up with this kind of body? I feel like my body is definitely being corrupted by Sana’s strange voice virus or something.

“Uwaa!?! Are you okay, Kaoru! You just said something really loud!?”

“What’s wrong!? you got hit by a bread at the store!? want to go to the infirmary!?” Satou and Kazuharu were really worried about me.

No, of course they would be worried. The sound of vomiting is still more beautiful.

“It’s okay. ….Don’t worry about it. It’s a wail of emotion.”

“Huh? What are you talking about?”

“Heeheefu—, Heeheefu—”

“Why the Lamaze method?”
[TN: Lamaze Method.]

As I was feeling better with the Lamaze method, Sato was poking me with a slight pull.

No, this really calms me down. If you try it when you’re feeling sick, like when you’ve eaten too much, you’ll feel a little better. Give it a try.

After regaining my composure through the Lamaze method, I looked at the inside of B class once again.

There, as before, was Sana, just staring blankly at the scenery outside. When I saw the scene, I just couldn’t stand it. …..I was walking towards her again.
